Our website is run by Shopify, so all of your personal payment information is completely safe! We accept all options that Shopify offers, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal and more.

Canadian orders ship in 2-4 business days via Canada Post and can be expected to arrive in 4-8 business days depending on location. We provide a tracking number when the item is shipped. US orders ship in 2-5 business days via USPS and can be expected to arrive in 7-11 business days. If an item is damaged due to shipping or arrives defective, we offer a replacement at no cost or full refund.

We are so confident you will love our product, that we offer a money back guarantee. This is valid for 14 days after purchase. The sign needs to be returned at your expense to us via a valid shipping method and the refund will be granted when the item is received. NOTE - if a sign is damaged in transit or otherwise defective due to our mistake, we will provide a replacement or refund at no cost.
