Shipping & Returns
Canadian orders ship in 2-4 business days via Courier and can be expected to arrive in 4-8 business days depending on location. We provide a tracking number when the item is shipped. US orders ship in 2-4 business days via USPS and can be expected to arrive in 7-10 business days.
If an item is damaged due to shipping or arrives defective, we offer a replacement at no cost or full refund. Please see our policy page for information on our money back guarantee. Once I received the signs ( took almost 3 weeks) I am very happy with the signs and the quality if the signs. We had to make a few changes to one of the signs and Danile was great to deal with and fast to respond to my questions and chages to my order. I had ordered 3 signs and they where well wrapped. I would of given a 4 star but It took over 3 weeks to recieve them once I reeceived their 'they have benn shipped notices". Ont to Alberta should of not taken that long but that is out of Daloutier's control. Will order again if I need more!!
I was very happy with this sign ! When it came it was well packed ,and it was not paper thin ,well made ,finished well as well ! They where both great sized ! I was very happy with the out come ! Thanks

I saw ads through Facebook and decided to take a look. The Tree of Life with the family name looked perfect. I ordered the medium size which I think will look great inside or outside. I placed my order Sept 3rd. It arrived today - Sept 10th. It is gorgeous. So impressed with the ordering process, the delivery and most important the quality of workmanship that is obvious as soon as you open the package. I hope I can wait until Christmas! Great job!
