Shipping & Returns
Canadian orders ship in 2-4 business days via Courier and can be expected to arrive in 4-8 business days depending on location. We provide a tracking number when the item is shipped. US orders ship in 2-4 business days via USPS and can be expected to arrive in 7-10 business days.

First, I ordered an address sign for my house and like it so much that I ordered one for my parents to have for their house. I gave it to them for their anniversary and they loved it.
This company is great! They review your order with you through email and then make it. I had each order within about 2 weeks. Product is very well packaged and is delivered in perfect condition. Will use this company again.

The sign is very nice. They should add more mounting holes (as there are only two in the top corners. I added a 3rd mounting hole (bottom centre) and mounted 1/4 inch white acrylic behind it to make the numbers stand out.

Turn around time from order to delivery was fast, and appreciated the " proof read " step.
Two suggestions I would make:
1. option for 4 mounting holes. With irregular brick surface mounting this would help.
2. option for a white backer " board" ( e.g. thin UV proof plastic or white reflective board) so that the numbers and text really stand out when the plaque is mounted. (We made up a backer using white reflective tape).
