Shipping & Returns
Canadian orders ship in 2-4 business days via Courier and can be expected to arrive in 4-8 business days depending on location. We provide a tracking number when the item is shipped. US orders ship in 2-4 business days via USPS and can be expected to arrive in 7-10 business days.
If an item is damaged due to shipping or arrives defective, we offer a replacement at no cost or full refund. Please see our policy page for information on our money back guarantee. We knew delivery would be prompt with Intelcom (Dragonfly) so that wa a good sign. It looks good. I had to make a white background piece so the street name would show better but I expected that. The only small issues I have are no screws came with the sign and 2 additional holes at the bottom corners would make it easier to secure. Thank you
