Shipping & Returns
Canadian orders ship in 2-4 business days via Canada Post and can be expected to arrive in 4-8 business days depending on location. We provide a tracking number when the item is shipped. US orders ship in 2-5 business days via USPS and can be expected to arrive in 7-11 business days.

I bought a metal sign from Daloutier for our fireplace mantel. It's the personalized family name sign with the established date along the bottom. It is fabulous quality and has a flawless textured black finish on it. My family & I love how it turned out. Shipping was quick but I am relatively local to the seller. I was originally looking at a similar product from an American seller but when I filtered my results for Canadian only I found Daloutier and his price was more competitive that anything I could find across the border. If you are in Canada you don't need to shop American for this product to get a competitive price when there are Canadian Etsy sellers with awesome quality products and competitive pricing.
