I reached out over facebook, on the weekend, not expecting a reply until the following week but several minutes later I received a reply! We quickly worked out the design I was hoping for, with size measurements and font details. The end product is exactly what I wanted, it was shipped quickly to me and it is now hanging over my coffee bar where it belongs! Great product, wonderful people to work with! I will order again when I'm ready for my next one!
