We use high quality, 16-gauge steel that provides lifelong durability for all of our products. Our metal signs are also powder coated to eliminate all rust and weathering. They are made for both indoor and outdoor use! All of our metal signs are made by us in Ontario, Canada.
Shipping & Returns
Canadian orders ship in 2-4 business days via Courier and can be expected to arrive in 4-8 business days depending on location. We provide a tracking number when the item is shipped. US orders ship in 2-4 business days via USPS and can be expected to arrive in 7-10 business days.
If an item is damaged due to shipping or arrives defective, we offer a replacement at no cost or full refund. Please see our policy page for information on our money back guarantee. Please note - if you take more than 1-2 days to confirm your custom design, the fulfillment of your item may take longer than listed above.

Our family sign (XL) was delivered as promised, as shown and is great quality! We received an email from Daniel the day after our order with a mock up of what the sign would look like with a request for confirmation, then another once it had been shipped.
