Shipping & Returns
Canadian orders ship in 2-4 business days via Courier and can be expected to arrive in 4-8 business days depending on location. We provide a tracking number when the item is shipped. US orders ship in 2-4 business days via USPS and can be expected to arrive in 7-10 business days.
If an item is damaged due to shipping or arrives defective, we offer a replacement at no cost or full refund. Please see our policy page for information on our money back guarantee. I ordered 2 more pieces, a monogram and a decorative item. Absolutely beautiful. Great workmanship. I ordered in copper thinking it would be shiny copper. Instead it is light brown. That part I'm disappointed. I will have to paint them true copper. I highly recommend there products. I am ordering more soon. 100% fantastic.

At my end, I loved that they send you an email first to show you what it looks like and to again confirm spelling. I got it in December in about 2 weeks delivered to my home. My only “complaint” was that it was VERY wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard and took me about 15 mins to unveil it lol!
