Shipping & Returns
Canadian orders ship in 2-4 business days via Courier and can be expected to arrive in 4-8 business days depending on location. We provide a tracking number when the item is shipped. US orders ship in 2-4 business days via USPS and can be expected to arrive in 7-10 business days.
If an item is damaged due to shipping or arrives defective, we offer a replacement at no cost or full refund. Please see our policy page for information on our money back guarantee. I would love to give 5 stars but I can’t because I never got to see the product. It was ordered as a gift and I was expecting it to be delivered to the recipient while I was visiting. It came days later. Host states that it is beautiful, but I never got to see for myself.
