Shipping & Returns
Canadian orders ship in 2-4 business days via Canada Post and can be expected to arrive in 4-8 business days depending on location. We provide a tracking number when the item is shipped. US orders ship in 2-5 business days via USPS and can be expected to arrive in 7-11 business days.
If an item is damaged due to shipping or arrives defective, we offer a replacement at no cost or full refund. Please see our policy page for information on our money back guarantee.

What a unique way to show your house numbers! The item arrived, well packaged, and in perfect shape. The edges were smooth, which sometimes is not the case with metal work. Really happy with the outcome and even more pleased to give it as a gift.

The finished side smooth, with no scratches or tarnished. The drilled holes were smooth as well. I usually take ages, but put up the same day. Packaging was great for protection, communication was constant about my selection and delivery. Any home realtors, excellent house warm gift idea. Plus told not to worry about rusting being outdoors.
Arrived exactly as ordered. So unique & will look beautiful once installed.
