Shipping & Returns
Canadian orders ship in 2-4 business days via Courier and can be expected to arrive in 4-8 business days depending on location. We provide a tracking number when the item is shipped. US orders ship in 2-4 business days via USPS and can be expected to arrive in 7-10 business days.
If an item is damaged due to shipping or arrives defective, we offer a replacement at no cost or full refund. Please see our policy page for information on our money back guarantee. It's beautiful and numbers on sign can been seen easily from the the street. I asked a lot of questions before ordering, it was easy to get answers and everything was as promised. Perfect! I made a mock up (pretty lousy drawing) on cardboard just to get an idea of the size and ended up getting the larger size for my space. So glad I did. Once on display it looks smaller than sitting on the dining room table. Glad I mocked up.
I kick my self I should have gotten the biggest size. Oh well, I love it.

It’s designed well, has an awesome black matte finish, excellent quality, edges are smooth and safe, easy to install and most of all looks amazing!
