Shipping & Returns
Canadian orders ship in 2-4 business days via Canada Post and can be expected to arrive in 4-8 business days depending on location. We provide a tracking number when the item is shipped. US orders ship in 2-5 business days via USPS and can be expected to arrive in 7-11 business days.

This Sign is Beautiful! Heavy Duty, Excellent Quality and the Craftsmanship and Detail is Amazing! We chose Battery with remote for the lighting. The battery box has a magnetic so you can put it on the back of the sign so nothing is exposed. There are a wide range of colours to choose from and a timer setting on the remote. I love that I can match the lighting colour to my home accent lighting. We easily attached the sign to the brick on our home with the hardware thats included. It looks so nice on our home during the day and at night when lit up. Their Customer Service is awesome as-well. I placed my order and had a confirmation Email less then 24 hours later to confirm everything was correct. They answered my questions right away. My order was shipped out and I received it in a week. They package really well and with bubble wrap so nothing gets damaged. Their pricing is also excellent! I ordered quit a large one and couldn’t believe how affordable it was. You will not find quality and craftsmanship like this at these prices anywhere else. My Sister also has this same sign and they have ordered others from this company aswell and have always been pleased. I highly, highly recommend this company and I will be ordering more from them in the future! I wish I could post photos of mine with my review. Awesome job!!
