Shipping & Returns
Canadian orders ship in 2-4 business days via Courier and can be expected to arrive in 4-8 business days depending on location. We provide a tracking number when the item is shipped. US orders ship in 2-4 business days via USPS and can be expected to arrive in 7-10 business days.
If an item is damaged due to shipping or arrives defective, we offer a replacement at no cost or full refund. Please see our policy page for information on our money back guarantee. The quality of metal used so sturdy & strong. I've been hesitant to purchase anything like this because all I've seen have been flimsy. But the quality of the material and craftsmanship is superb. HIGHLY recommend this company!!! From time of order to time received was probably 20 days due to what end of Canada we're in.
